A mentor is someone who you can confide in when it comes to your career goals and struggles. They tend to be in a higher position than you or have senior experience in your field. Having a relationship with a mentor may also last a lifetime, as they help you grow within your career and personal life. With their professional experience, a mentor can guide, advise, critique, and inspire. With all of this being said, here are seven reasons why you should consider finding a mentor.
